1. Courses and Payments

• Our courses are available either for a one-time payment or can be paid for in installments over a specified period.
• Access to course materials is contingent upon successful payment completion.

2. Memberships

• Memberships are charged on a monthly subscription basis.
• Members are encouraged to participate actively in all events offered and engage within the online community.
• Membership fees are non-refundable; however, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Consulting Services

• Consulting services are available by the hour.
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, the cost of the meeting will be forfeited.

4. In-Person Events

• In-person events require a 24-hour cancellation notice to be eligible for a reschedule, subject to availability.
• No refunds are provided for in-person events; however, your payment may be transferred to another event or service within Polishing Marbles.

5. No Refunds

• All sales for courses, memberships, consulting services, and in-person events are final. We do not offer refunds, but the value of some services may be transferred as specified above.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring their participation in events, courses, and community engagement.
• Users must respect the rights and dignity of other community members, refraining from any behavior that could be considered harassment or discrimination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Polishing Marbles and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
• You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Polishing Marbles's liability for any issues arising out of the services provided on polishingmarbels.com is limited to the amount paid by the user for such services.

9. Amendments to Terms

• Polishing Marbles reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use our website after such amendments are made, you acknowledge and agree to the amended terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State/Country Idaho / USA, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Code of Conduct and Termination of Membership

• Polishing Marbles is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members and participants. To support this commitment, all members are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which prohibits bullying, name-calling, sexual harassment, and any other form of inappropriate behavior.

• Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to, actions that intimidate, harass, degrade, or are derogatory toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability. It also encompasses any conduct that disrupts our community’s operations or any events, courses, or forums provided by Polishing Marbles.

• Polishing Marbles reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the membership of any individual found to be in violation of our Code of Conduct without prior notice. This action may be taken based on behavior observed by polishingmarbles.com staff, reported by other members, or identified through our own investigations.

• Termination of membership for conduct violations will result in the immediate cessation of access to all membership benefits, including digital content, community forums, and any pending participation in courses or events without refund.

• Individuals whose memberships have been terminated for violations of our Code of Conduct may not be eligible for future membership or participation in Polishing Marbles services.

• Polishing Marbles encourages all members to report any instances of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior to our staff. We are dedicated to investigating all reports thoroughly and taking appropriate action to maintain the integrity and safety of our community.
